Product Description
The Bojnice castle belongs to the most beautiful architectonic treasures of Slovakia. The romantic castle and its surroundings were rebuilt in renaissance and baroque style and finally by Neo-Gothic style. Count Jan Palfi, who is buried in a sarcophagus of the castle crypt, collected valuable historical antiques. Beside the castle you can find beautiful ZOO and lovely small town of Bojnice.
The Trencin castle was built over a settlement site that had existed from the Bronze Age through times of Celts and Germanic tribes to the Slavic settlement. In the times of the origins of the Ugrian state a royal castle had developed out of the older Great Moravia hill-fort-roost.
